  • Do I need to register to order?

You do not need to register on the website to place an order.


  • Can I order via phone or e-mail?

This is not possible, we only accept orders through our website. If we can help you with this, please contact our customer service by phone, email or chat.


  • When can I be sure that my order has been shipped and shipping is in progress?

After ordering, two emails will be sent to your address. You will receive one automatically within a few minutes of your order confirmation. You will then receive another e-mail from Magyar Posta the day before delivery.


  • I ordered a shoe from a webshop but did not receive any confirmation about it. What shall i  do?

In this case, please report the problem to our customer service as soon as possible, by e-mail (ugyfelszolgalat@officeshoes.hu), by phone (06 70 935 0000) or by chat .


  • I would order a shoe, but I don’t know which size would be right. What shall i do?

The size chart next to each product, on the "Size chart" tab, you can find information about the dimensions provided by the manufacturer.


  • Is there a product in the store that is not in the webshop?

The database of the webshop lists the products in stock in all Hungarian stores / warehouses, so if you can't find the desired product there, it will unfortunately not be on the shelves of our stores.


  • How do I pay when I order a product online?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Masercard, Maestro) or pay online via PayPal.


  • What are the delivery options and which one should I choose?

The package will be delivered only to the delivery address in Hungary.

You can choose home delivery, on working days between 09:00 and 17:00, the MPL courier service will try to deliver, ensuring you a convenient pick-up. The courier service will take the package out 2 times, if you are unable to receive your order, the package will be sent to the nearest post office, where it will be available for delivery within 5 working days.

It is not possible to transfer from store to store.


  • What happens if I failed to receive the package?

In this case, you can re-order the product online, and in the case of delivery methods, it is worth rethinking which solution may be most suitable for you.


  • How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time is within 1-2 working days, which in exceptional cases can be up to 4 days.


  • Can I request delivery by a specific date / time?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible.


  • How can I return the product by mail, what should I pay attention to?
  • Our central address: (2142 Nagytarcsa, Nyár utca 4.)
  • Please do not use the product box as packaging
  • We are not able to receive a cash on delivery package


  • How can I replace the product if it is defective?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the sent footwear, please photograph the product and send the photos to the e-mail address ugyfelszolgalat@officeshoes.hu so that we can be sure of the incorrect posting within 2 months of receipt. If it is proven that you have received a defective product, we will send you an inverted label with which you can return the shoes free of charge. Upon return, we can arrange the exchange process.


  • I bought a shoe online and broke down while i was using it. What shall I do?

If you wish to make a complaint, please send the invoice or receipt and the completed form for reporting the purchase complaint by post to 2142 Nagytarcsa, Nyár utca 4.

On the package, please indicate that it is a complaint.


If you feel relieved, you can drop off your shoes at any of our stores along with the above documents.

  • How can I cancel the purchase and get the purchase price back?

If you wish to cancel the purchase, please return the product together with the withdrawal form and the original invoice within 365 days of receipt to 2142 Nagytarcsa Nyár utca 4, Shoebox Kft. Upon receipt of the package, we will refund or refund the purchase price to you. There is no possibility of personal product delivery in our headquater.

You can exchange the product in our stores and you can also exercise your right of withdrawal in our stores. In this case, our colleagues in the store will take over the product from you and issue a credit note. The purchase price and any delivery fee will be refunded or refunded centrally no later than 14 days after delivery of the product. We are unable to repay the purchase price in cash in our stores.

  • How can I change my shoes if the size is not right?

If the size of the item in your order is not correct, you can replace it by canceling the purchase and placing a new order. In our stores, you can exchange the product or buy it down, at the same or higher value.


  • Did I return the ordered shoes for cancellation when I get the purchase price back?

Upon receipt of the package, we will immediately arrange for the purchase price to be reversed or refunded.


  • I received a notification that they could not ship the product when I get back the purchase price?

We will immediately arrange for the reversal of the purchase price paid.
