1.1. By sending your order, you (hereinafter: the Buyer) will become the customer of Shoebox Kft. (Hereinafter SB), therefore please read the following information carefully before finalizing your order.
1.2. In case of your purchase in the SB webshop / www.officeshoes.hu / (hereinafter: Webshop), the seller of the products is SB.

1.4 Any person with legal capacity who accepts these General Terms and Conditions and considers it binding on himself / herself may make purchases in the Webshop.
1.5 Although SB carefully checks the prices of the products in the Web Store, it reserves the right to change any erroneous prices due to obvious errors, computational, editorial and technical errors, as well as to change prices that are justified by a change in legislation. In this case, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract or to terminate it, subject to the terms and conditions set out in point 7. SB cannot be held liable for prices that are clearly incorrectly published due to possible technical problems related to the operation of the Webshop. SB reserves the right to discontinue the marketing of certain products due to quality or other issues. 2.1 In order to place an order in the Webshop, no registration is required, the data required for payment / delivery only need to be provided at the end of the purchase process.
3.1 Orders can be placed in the Webshop only electronically. Orders placed by phone, fax, e-mail or letter will not be accepted by SB. SB also sends order information electronically to users.
3.2 The Buyer can find out the characteristics of the goods to be purchased from the product description next to the image of the given product. 3.3 The purchase price of the products is the price indicated next to the selected product, which includes VAT and in each case applies to 1 (pair) of products.
3.4 The Buyer can collect the selected product (s) by clicking on the Cart button. It is possible to modify or delete the contents of the Cart before placing the order. The delivery fee will be automatically added to the contents of the Cart if the final amount does not reach the value limit of HUF 9,990, or if the order does not meet the current conditions in section "5. Delivery".
3.5 The contents of the Cart are accepted and the order is sent by clicking on the Order button. An order created in this way qualifies as a contract concluded on the Internet, but not in writing, the content of which is archived and can be accessed and retrieved afterwards.
3.6 SB will immediately send a confirmation e-mail to the Buyer confirming the acceptance of the order. In some cases, the condition of the product may be incorrect, so we reserve the right that SB may not be able to fulfill the order in the event of a stock shortage. In such a case, SB shall notify the Buyer.
3.7 SB issues a VAT invoice for each purchase, which contains the data related to the product (article number, VAT rate, VAT value, product name, net unit price, quantity, gross value and, if any, the warranty). duration), SB and Buyer details, payment details and delivery costs.
3.8 We do not accept any liability for technical problems in the web store (in terms of size, stock or price).
3.9 The language of the contract is Hungarian.
3.10 The tools that ensure the identification and correction of errors during the electronic recording of data prior to the conclusion of the contract law declaration are part of the webshop software.
3.11 An electronic contract notice becomes effective when it becomes available to the other party (SB).
4.1 Purchases in the SB Webshop are possible with credit card payment and PayPal payment solution.

4.1.3 Credit card payment process
- The buyer assembles a basket of products that meet his needs in the online store, provides the information necessary for delivery, and then selects the credit card payment as the payment method.
- The buyer is then redirected to the bank's payment page. The card details (name, card number, expiry date, 3-digit CVC or CVV validation code) must be entered on the payment page containing the GP Webpay logo.

4.2 With the PayPal payment solution you can pay quickly and securely in our webshop. There is no need to enter your credit card details separately at the time of purchase, you can pay for your order with just a few clicks by crediting your account with the credit card recorded in your PayPal account. 4.3 During the seasonal promotion period (Summer Discount, Winter Discount and Final Discount), it is only possible to order products with a special discount by credit card payment. In addition, all products with a discount of 30% or more and marked "Bomb Price!", "Outlet" and "Inventory Sweep" are considered to have a special discounted product. in that case the above restriction applies to the whole order, only the credit card payment method can be selected for the order.
5.1 The products ordered in the web store are delivered by the MPL courier service, the costs of which, depending on the method of payment, are as follows:
5.2 The delivery fee is HUF 990 for all orders if the value of the order does not reach the value limit of HUF 9,990. If it reaches or exceeds the amount of HUF 9,990, delivery is free of charge.
5.3 SB cannot provide delivery abroad through its Hungarian-language web store.
5.4 If there are several items in the order, the delivery may take place in several installments. In this case, too, the SB will charge the freight cost only once. The expected duration of delivery is 1-2 working days, during the special offer period it may be 2-4 working days.
6.1 If you have chosen the home delivery option when ordering, the product (s) will be delivered on weekdays between 9:00 and 17:00. If the package fails to be picked up during delivery, the supplier will leave a notice and then try to deliver the package again. Any additional information provided by the Buyer as a comment on the terms or other conditions of delivery will always be provided to the courier service, but we cannot verify or guarantee that the delivery company will take them into account.
6.2 If the re-delivery is not successful a second time, the package will be delivered to the post office closest to the address, which will be available for pick-up there within the next 5 working days.
6.3 If the ordered article is defective and the defect occurred before the receipt of the goods or the product was damaged during delivery, it is entitled to report it to SB customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 months after the defect was detected. This consumer claim can be enforced for a maximum of 2 years from the date of fulfillment (limitation period) by applying the 2-month rule written here. If this happens, the defective product will be replaced free of charge by SB at the choice of the Buyer within 14 working days.
6.4 If the size of the ordered item is not correct, you can replace it by canceling the purchase (7. Right of withdrawal) and placing a new order.
6.5 In case of a store reservation, "Click & Collect", after placing the order, we will send an email confirmation of the submitted order. After that, we start processing the order, checking the existence and condition of the product and depending on the opening hours of the stores, usually within 1-2 hours, but within 24 hours we will send another confirmation from which the order can be picked up at the selected store. Please always wait for this confirmation! You can pick up the ordered product at the selected store during the store's opening hours, please bring your order number and a card suitable for your identification. The product purchased with the Store reservation will be stored for 30 days, after the end of this period we will refund the purchase price paid during the purchase and treat the event as a withdrawal from the purchase.
7.1 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between a consumer and a business. (II. 26.) of the Government, the Buyer may withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product. Our company provides the possibility of withdrawal for 365 calendar days, until revoked. Buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal by making a clear statement to that effect or simply by completing a statement of withdrawal, which can be downloaded from the link below. If the consumer does not use the template published by the Company to exercise the right of withdrawal, the statement shall be clear if it contains, in addition to the statement of withdrawal, at least the consumer's name, delivery address and order number.
The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been asserted if the customer declares before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal or sends it together with the product i.e. up to the end of the 365th calendar day from the receipt of the order. (Acceptance date is the date of receipt from the courier, this can be proven with a receipt from the courier.) In accordance with § 22 if the consumer withdraws from a contract concluded outside the business premises or between those who are absent the customer is obliged to deliver the goods immediately but no later than within fourteen days from the date of communication to he company. The return is deemed completed within the deadline if the consumer sends the goods before the deadline.
The Buyer must notify the customer service in writing of the intention to withdraw to the e-mail address email@example.com.
The withdrawal statement together with the delivered product must be sent to the address of Shoebox Kft., 2142 Nagytarcsa Nyár utca, unfortunately there is no possibility of personal delivery.
The above provisions on the withdrawal period do not affect the Buyer's right to exercise his right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. Withdrawal within the time limit results in the termination of the contract between the parties, according to which the received product and the purchase price paid must be returned to the other party.
7.2 Shoebox Kft. Is only obliged to refund the full purchase price in case of returning a product in new condition (undamaged, complete content). The product also includes footwear and its box, so it is recommended to return them undamaged. It is not necessary to return the outside packaging. In case of return, please use the packaging that prevents damage to the footwear and the box.
The Buyer shall only be liable for depreciation resulting from use in excess of the use required to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. If the package returned within the right of withdrawal within 365 calendar days meets the above conditions, Shoebox Kft. payment through our site. If the delivery had a cost - beyond the 14 days required by law - we will transfer or reverse it by the 30th day. For cancellations between day 30 and day 365, we will not refund or reverse the cost of any delivery. Usually, the amount will be credited to the account within 2-3 business days of the refund, but it is up to the issuing bank to return the amount to the cardholder's account. Unfortunately, banks do not usually send SMS notifications about the return of the amount.
The cost of returning the products is always borne by the Buyer. In addition, the buyer will not incur any other costs in connection with the withdrawal.
We do not have the option to pick up packages returned by cash on delivery.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal in our stores, in which case our colleagues working in the store will take over the product and issue a credit note. The purchase price and any delivery fee will be refunded or refunded centrally no later than 14 days after delivery of the product. We are unable to repay the purchase price in cash in our stores.

The Company will use the conciliation panel procedure to resolve the consumer dispute. The Company has a duty to cooperate in the conciliation panel proceedings, but Shoebox LTD does not submit to the decision of the Conciliation Board.

8.2 Warranty of accessories
Our Company use 19/2014.(IV.29) NGM decree on the handling of warranty and guarantee claims asserted within the framework of the consumer contract; and 373/2021. (VI. 30.) Govt. Decree and the applicable rules and provisions of the Civil Code regarding Defective Performance. Pursuant to the aforementioned regulations, in the event of a complaint, we will put the defect in writing, record it, and send the product for examination, in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint; and we will notify you of its result within 5 working days using one of the notification methods specified in the protocol.
In what cases can you exercise your right to warranty for supplies?

You must report the defect immediately after it is discovered, but no later than two months after the defect is discovered. However, please note that you may no longer exercise your warranty rights beyond the two-year limitation period from the performance of the contract.

What are the other conditions for enforcing your warranty rights?
Within six months of the performance, there are no other conditions for the enforcement of the warranty claim in addition to the notification of the error, if you prove that the product or service was provided by SHOEBOX Kft. However, after six months from the date of performance, you are obliged to prove that the defect you recognized already existed at the time of performance.
8.3. Product warranty

What rights do you have based on your product warranty claim?
As a product warranty claim, you can only request the repair or replacement of the defective product.
In which case is the product considered defective?
A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of placing on the market or if it does not have the characteristics specified by the manufacturer.
What is the deadline for you to enforce your product warranty claim?
You can assert your product warranty claim within two years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. Upon expiry of this period, he shall lose this right.
Against whom and under what other conditions can you assert your product warranty claim?
You can only make a product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove the defect of the product in the event of a product warranty claim.
In which cases is the manufacturer (distributor) released from its product warranty obligation?
The manufacturer (distributor) is only released from its product warranty obligation if he can prove that:
the product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of his business, or
the defect was not recognizable in the light of current scientific and technical knowledge at the time of placing on the market, or
- the defect of the product results from the application of legislation or a mandatory official regulation.
It is sufficient for the manufacturer (distributor) to prove a reason for the exemption.
Please note that due to the same defect, you cannot claim supplies and product warranties at the same time, in parallel. However, if your product warranty claim is successfully enforced, you can assert your warranty claim against the manufacturer for the replaced product or repaired part.

9.1 Purchasing in the Webshop presupposes that the Buyer is aware of and accepts the possibilities and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance and errors. The Buyer is fully responsible for all orders and other transactions in which his data has been used. With this in mind, please ensure that your data is handled properly.
9.2 SB shall not be liable for the errors detailed in the points listed below: § malfunction in the Internet network that prevents the smooth operation of the Webshop and purchases in the Webshop, § any failure in any receiving device on the communication lines, § any mail - regardless of received in paper or electronic form - loss of data § due to improper operation of any software, § due to the consequences of any program error, abnormal event, or technical error.

9.5 It is the Customer's responsibility to assess how to protect the data stored on their computer from intruders. The Buyer is solely responsible for connecting to the Web Store and making purchases in the Web Store.
9.6 SB is free to change the terms and conditions of the purchase and the offers and promotions of the Webshop at any time. The change will take effect from the date of the announcement in the Webshop, so it cannot apply to orders placed before that. With regard to the introduction of changes, in addition to the above, SB has no obligation to notify or provide any justification. Any participant who does not agree with the change in the rules must stop purchasing.
9.7 SB is free to sue any person who commits or attempts to commit fraud in the Web Store.
9.8 SB shall not be liable for any fraud committed by a third party to the detriment of any participant. In the event that the participant violates the rules in any form, SB may declare its registration or purchase invalid and the Buyer shall not be entitled to appeal the decision.
9.9 SB shall not be liable in any way for incorrect performance resulting from incorrect data provided during the purchase.
10.1 SB will keep the data in its possession confidential, and will only use it to fulfill orders, purchase purposes and send out newsletters.
10.2 The Buyer's data will not be passed on to third parties, except for our (delivery) subcontractor required to fulfill the order.
